Community Survey
Thank you for coming to our page. We are in the process of applying for a grant to continue our work and need the opinions of the local community. We need at least 50 voices to support our application (these opinions need to be honest, it doesn't matter if they're good, bad or ugly!)
At Kirkstall festival we made a really good start to our survey responses (we got almost 20, so need to push for the last 30. If you are local to West Leeds or know anyone that is a local resident, then PLEASE do forward this form).
Thanks again for all your help and support. We really value it!
If you have any questions, please feel free to email Lucy at empoweredesol@gmail.com
